Positive: Excellent location, central but not noisy. Close to the beach and water. Decent neighborhood. House and first-floor apartment in good repair. Parking for two cars is very convenient in the backyard. Well-equipped kitchen, complete set of towels in the bathroom, washer/dryer in the basement. Very responsive host. All queries answered promptly.
Negative: A few more glasses in the kitchen would be good.
